Under the first static heading on the right, "Other Authors", the first live link Guest Poets leads to a page listing the participants in their order of joining. I hope there will be more to follow. Next come the Guest Writers: only a few so far, but I hope there will be more of those, too. Prose Finds collects outstanding current articles from all over the world.

After that, the next static heading is for "Clive James", making a shy appearance under various sub-headings. Included under Recent Articles are pieces that I have published separately in the form of articles since the appearance of my last essay collection The Meaning of Recognition in 2004.

Longer pieces that first made their appearance by means other than print are included in Lectures and Speeches.

The section Books Out of Print is meant to provide, in the course of time, access to any book of mine that has ceased to be a commercial prospect but that the reader might like to consult. Scanning is slow work, but there is already enough content loaded to give at least an outline of each of my first five essay collections. There is also a fair sample from each of my collections of television criticism, with the eventual aim of reproducing those volumes in their entirety.

Books still in print or easily available are briefly treated in Recent Books.
 

A page about my collaboration with Pete Atkin can be reached through Lyrics. The page carries a hyperlink to the Pete Atkin web site, where most of the lyrics I have written to fit his music are currently preserved.

Included under Poems is all the work in verse that I have published in newspapers and magazines since The Book of My Enemy (2003).

The beginnings of a new collection of recent writings about poetry are grouped in Poetry Notebook.

A final section, Author, Author, leads to biographical information on the site's proprietor, for anyone interested in studying the kind of mentality that wants to build one of these things.
